Return Policy

All Sales Final

Due to the limited, archival, and made-to-order nature of our prints and works, all sales are final. Black Lagoon Surf Co. does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 7 days of confirmed delivery at info@blacklagoonsurf.com

To process a claim, please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photographs of the item

  • Photographs of the packaging (including any visible damage)

If damage or defect is verified, we will offer a replacement of the same item or a refund at our discretion.

Failure to notify us within 7 days of delivery may void eligibility for replacement.


Shipping & Delivery

Black Lagoon Surf Co. is not responsible for shipping delays once an order has been transferred to the carrier. Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon confirmed delivery by the carrier.

If a package is lost in transit, we will assist in filing a carrier claim when applicable.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be subject to additional shipping fees to be resent.


Color & Presentation Disclaimer

Due to differences in screen calibration and print production processes, slight variations in color, tone, and texture may occur. These variations are inherent to archival printing and do not constitute defects.


Policy Changes

Black Lagoon Surf Co. reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. The policy in effect at the time of purchase will apply to that order.
