Free Domestic Shipping

Black Lagoon Surf Co. offers free standard shipping on eligible orders within the contiguous United States.

Any minimum purchase requirement for free shipping will be clearly stated at checkout.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Free shipping is provided via standard ground service. Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on destination.

Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional fee.

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays.

Order Processing

Most orders are processed within 3–5 business days of payment confirmation.

Because many of our prints are made to order, production times may vary slightly. If extended processing times apply, this will be noted on the product page.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Exclusions

Free shipping does not apply to:

  • Alaska

  • Hawaii

  • Puerto Rico

  • U.S. territories

  • P.O. Boxes (if your carrier does not deliver prints safely to them)

  • Oversized or specialty items, if applicable

Any exclusions will be clearly noted before purchase.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

Black Lagoon Surf Co. is not responsible for carrier delays once a package has been transferred to the shipping provider. Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon confirmed delivery by the carrier.

If a package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist in filing a carrier claim when applicable.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional shipping fees to be resent.

Policy Changes

Black Lagoon Surf Co. reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. The shipping terms in effect at the time of purchase will apply to that order.
